Melba Leola Watts, age 91, of Crestview, FL, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021.

She was born September 6, 1930 in Franklin, NC.

Melba and her husband, Riley, moved to Crestview, FL in 1956. Melba was a homemaker and loved gardening. She was a member of Garden City Baptist Church of Crestview, FL.

Melba was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Riley Watts and her son James Ernest Watts.

She is survived by her children: Priscilla Boan, Gilmer Watts, Clara Sue Garrett, Bobby Watts, and Lonnie Watts: Her brother, Isaac Dills and many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Macon Funeral Home in Franklin, NC on Sunday, October 17, 2021, with visitation beginning at 10:00 and service following at 11:00 am.

Flowers may be sent to Macon Funeral Home. Masks are preferred, but not required.
