James Allee was born in Sheboygan on March 15, 1958, the son of William and Margaret Raml Allee. He attended Immaculate Conception Parochial School and graduated from South High School in 1976.

Mr. Allee served in the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1979, discharged as a specialist fourth class.

He was employed by R and R Bug Haus, Sheboygan Falls.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Survivors are his parents, three brothers, William and Donald, both of Sheboygan, and Thomas of Sheboygan Falls, and a sister Mrs. Ronald Strickland of Sheboygan.

James died in a motorcycle accident when his bike left the road and went into a large tree.
