Kenneth Lawrence "Pop" Stewart passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born May 14, 1936 in Anjean, WV, he was the son of the late Clyde and Maude (Boothe) Stewart. He was the wife of the late Patricia (Ballengee) Stewart.

Pop worked in construction. He retired from King & Seipp Construction in Westminster after 25 years. He enjoyed camping and being on or near the water, pitching horseshoes, playing guitar, listening to and singing country music, and getting together with family, especially at the holidays.

Surviving are daughters, Drema Wentz (Harry) of Manchester, MD, Anita Franklin (Ricky) of Taneytown, and Teresa Davis (Michael) of Westminster; siblings, Clyde Stewart, Jr. of Fayetteville, PA, and Dorma Shaffer of Cameron, TX; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife Patricia, he was predeceased by daughters, Evelyn Boone, and Katherine Caltrider; and sister, Evelyn Stewart.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster, MD with Pastor Joseph Barnhardt officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 16th and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
