She was an employee of various restaurants and stores, a lineman at the former Westinghouse Electric Corporation, a member of the New Brighton United Methodist Church, and a member of the former Zion United Methodist Church, Daugherty Twp.
She is survived by her husband, Wilmer H. George, Jr., of 58 years. She is also survived by one son and daughter in law, Robert Stephen Sr. and Diana Fisher, Cypress, Texas; one step daughter, Susie McDonald, New Jersey; and one step son, Dale C. Marta, and his wife, Janet, Missouri; six grandchildren, Robert S. Fisher, Jr. and his wife, Amanda, Daniel, Jonathan, Michael, Christopher, and Heather; 17 great grandchildren; a special niece, Kay Anita Ulinski, Groveland, Florida; three sisters in law, Olga Inman, Georgia, Janet George and Peg Vile, both of Daugherty Twp., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Stephanie Fisher; three sisters, Esther Kastriba, Helen Richards, and Pauline Inman Hall; three brothers, Russell, Charles, and Junior Inman.
Friends will be received Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 3-7 PM in the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 349 Adams Street, Rochester, with a service following, her pastor, Rev. Gary Hilton will officiate. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
