Patricia Sue Lair, 63, of Topeka, passed away on Monday morning, December 13, 2021, at Unity Point Health Hospital, in Pekin.
She was born July 20, 1958, in Peoria, Illinois to the late Elroy and Margery Williamson Barr.
She is survived by her husband, Lindel Lair; three daughters; a step-son; a step-daughter; a sister; two brothers; as well as 13 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by one brother, John Barr.
Patricia was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Manito, Illinois. She was the director of religious education and a teacher of the Catechism for many years. She loved the Lord above all things followed by her husband, children and grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Manito. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the mass from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at which time a recitation of the Rosary will be held. Father David Whiteside will officiate. Burial will follow mass in the Saint Frederick's Catholic Church Cemetery, Manito.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's honor to the Immaculate Conception Building Fund for the addition of a Communion Rail.
