Billie Allen Boone, 86 of Tomball, Texas went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, December 10, 2021 in his home surrounded by loved ones. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Uncle, friend and storyteller.

In life, Bill was a man of many accomplishments. He was a man who faithfully served the Lord, our country and our communities. Bill was a man who loved so much, his heart was pure and his love for his wife, Shirley was admired by so many.
Bill was born in Kansas City, Missouri on April 19, 1935 and resided most of his married life in Texas. He served in the Army and in the 72nd Army Marching Band in San Pedro, California, earning two metals as a Marksman and one for Good Conduct.
After serving in the Army, Bill and Shirley eventually planted their roots in Texas, living in Stagecoach Farms and Tomball for over 50 years, where they raised their three children, Brian, Michael and Cindi.

Bill worked as a top salesman for Selig Chemical Company for over 30 years in the Houston area. His love for his customers and charismatic energy lead him to success naturally. He genuinely cared for his clients and looked forward to visiting them each week.

After retirement, Bill and Shirley traveled the country for several years in their RV, enjoying each other and meeting many new lifelong friends along the way. Bill was artistic and creative in many ways. He was an accomplished Baritone player. His developed a passion for Intarsia and woodworking, and created many stunning wood pieces, leaving his beautiful imprint on the world.

Bill was proceeded in death by his parents, Allen and Helen Boone, and Mother-In-Law, Nellie Miller, who he adored so much. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Shirley Boone, his three children, Brian Boone and wife, Tammy, Michael Boone and wife, Linda, Cindi Hannes and husband, Matthew, his eight grandchildren, Misty Hurt and husband Bradley, Nicholas Boone, Casey Boone, Lindsay Pratt and husband Andrew, Haley Boone, Annemarie Hoffzimmer, Kira Hoffzimmer, Philipp Hoffzimmer, his great-grandchildren, Alexis and Cullen Hurt, nephew Allen Attebury, nieces Kimber Bollinger and Samantha Meador, and numerous other family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Drive Houston, TX 77038) on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 11:15am.

A Celebration of Life will follow at Klein Funeral Home (1400 West Main, Tomball, TX 77375) at 2pm, with a time for visiting 30 minutes prior to service.

Although his family and friends will miss him greatly, we are thankful for the promise of eternal life through our Savior Jesus Christ. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" Romans 6:23.
