He attended elementary school at Mountain Brook and graduated in 2007 from Bob Jones High School. He was attending Faulkner College in Gulf Shores, majoring in criminal justice. Justin was a cadet of the Madison Police and Firefighters. He was known by Safety Kid. He was a member of Vizions Motorcycle Club of Gulf Shores and Mobile and Pensacola, Fla. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Swope; grandfather, William Swope; and grandmother, Bobbie Stringfellow-SwopeSteiner. Survivors include his parents, Don and Carol Roberts; sisters, Morgan W. Swope and Lauren M. Roberts; brother, Michael C. Roberts, all of Madison; grandparents, Selby and Ruth McDowell of Gulf Shores; and grandmother, Dorothy Swope of Lexington, Ky.
