He was born on July 19, 1963 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Shirley Ann (Harper) Collins and Cleo Collins and passed away on December 11, 2021 in Spiro, Oklahoma. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents; Cleo and Shirley Collins and brother, Brett Collins. He was an avid Spiro Bulldog fan and enjoyed listening to Spiro and Greenwood games on the radio. He also enjoyed listening to music on the porch with his friends, and watching John Wayne and other westerns. More than anything he enjoyed and loved his family and friends deeply.
Survivors include his sisters, Trinka Blankenship, Stacy Collins, Pam Baxter; brother, Mike Hayes and wife Lisa; his nieces and nephews, Lee, Abbey, Cole Anthony, and Clay Blankenship, Linzy, Caleb, and Justus Wylie; Linlee Blankenship and Lily Blankenship; Arron, Haley, Jaylah, Brett Lee Ryder, and Brettlan Collins; Garrett Collins, and Austin Collins; Neal, Heather, Hadleigh, Cannon, and Jett Hayes; Brittany, Tyler, Addie, Ally, and Hayes McLaughlin; T.J. Hayes and Easton Hayes; Hayley Baxter and Axel Blanton, and Hunter Baxter, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
