Heather did telemarketing in Sioux City and then was employed at Tyson's in Cherokee. She later worked at McDonalds and Casey's in Spencer. After moving to Emmetsburg Heather worked at the Suburban Motel for the Rezabeks and most recently for Manny and Deb. Heather loved volunteering at the fish fries at the V.F.W. each year and she was in charge of carry out orders. Heather enjoyed music and liked to write and record songs. She liked working with Al on vehicles and learning how to fix them.
Heather passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at her home in Emmetsburg, Iowa. She was preceded in death by all of her grandparents except for her grandmother, Rosa Strahmann.
She is survived by her children, Allison, Adrian, Celena, Marriah, Jared, and Robert; her grandchildren; her parents, Loretta and Allan Alver of Emmetsburg, Iowa; her sister, Jessica Brennan of Emmetsburg, Iowa; as well as many other relatives and friends.
