Bruce E. Robinson, age 80 of Evergreen Park, IL, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
He is survived by his brother Jon (Geraldine) Robinson, nephew Eric (Laura) Robinson, great niece Charlotte Robinson and cousin Nancy (Wayne) Dreier. Bruce retired at the age of 55 from Chicago Public Schools. He taught at Bogan High School and Calumet High School. During his tenure at Bogan he had a huge influence on his students to excel from his math teaching. He also coached basketball. Bruce was an avid golfer at a very young age and loved playing throughout his older years. His beautiful manicured lawn mirrored a golf course. His passion of gardening was a gift handed down from his parents. He enjoyed going to the casinos and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 6th 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kenny Brothers Funeral Directors, 3600 W. 95th St., Evergreen Park, IL. Interment will be Tuesday, December 7th at Immanuel UCC Cemetery, Plymouth, WI. For more information please call 708-425-4500.
