Obituary of Carol Ann Baker
Carol Ann Baker, 77, of Lugoff, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021. Born in El Paso, TX, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Anna Gagnon Anderson, and the wife of the late Thomas F. Baker. Carol was a longtime member of The River Church in Camden, SC. She enjoyed crafting, serving at church, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Gary Baker (Lori) of Columbia, Scott Baker of Elgin, and Kim Moran of Lugoff; grandchildren, Hannah McDaniel (Eric), Andrew Baker (Sarah), Joseph Baker (Machaela) and Nicky Moran; great-grandchildren, Daisy Ann McDaniel, Cameron Baker, and Ellie McDaniel; and siblings, Donnie Anderson and Rhonda Bellows.
In addition to her husband and parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Berry and Ronnie Anderson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at The River Church in Camden, officiated by Pastor Brian Plyler. The family will receive friends at the church an hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The River Church, 2024 Haile Street, Camden, SC 29020.
