Daniel Floyd Henry, age 70, passed away peacefully in his home on November 18, 2021. He was well loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Daniel was an active church member at Maranatha Christian Center where he served as an evangelist and was affectionately known as Brother Dan. He was the loving son of Daniel Webster Henry and Lois (Murphy) Henry; adoring father of four beautiful daughters, Danita (Wilton), Dana (Anthony), Denise (Flenory) and Donna; proud grandfather to Ronald, Sean, Shane, Tylor, Trevon, Amari and WiltonAlexander (predeceased); cherished brother to Donald (Yvonne), Louise, Carolyn (Cristder), Sandra,Wilma, Madeline (Mark), Charlene, Rosa, Darren, Cynthia, Derrick (Tauresha) and Dwayne (Adrien); and loving-uncle to a host of nieces and nephews.

He was also a proud veteran that served in the United States Army. He loved the Lord deeply and was-passionate about sharing that love. He had a contagious smile that lit up every room and was an-attentive listener that had a way of making you feel like you could conquer the world after just one-conversation with him. To know him was to love him. To see him was to see a man that carried the everlasting peace of Jesus with him.

The celebration of life for Daniel F. Henry will be held at Brady-Gill Funeral Home 16600 S. Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477.
Visitation: November 26th from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Brady-Gill
Celebration of Life: November 27, 2021 at 11:00 am (Guests may start arriving at 10:00 am) Interment: Immediately follow the services at Good Shepherd Cemetery 16201 S. 104th Avenue, Orland
