Sharon Moore Boyd Fleming, age 71, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a member of Tarpon Freewill Baptist Church. She was a 1968 graduate of Ervinton High School. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carter Boyd and her second husband, Noah Fleming; and her parents, B M (Sonny) and Estil Lee Sykes Moore.
Survivors Include:
One Son: Buddy Boyd and fiancé, Tracy
Three Brothers: Perry (Debbie) Moore of Clintwood, Virginia, Ronnie (Rita) Moore of Clintwood, Virginia, and James (Kathy) Moore of Clinchco, Virginia
Multiple foster kids that she cared for over the years and stepchildren and grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. where the procession will leave at 11:30 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. graveside service at Sykes Cemetery, Clintwood, Virginia. Burial will follow.
