Carol Mae Summers Moore, age 72, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in Clarksville.
Carol was born November 27, 1949, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Jesse Ray Summers, Sr. and Madie Richardson Summers. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Ray Summers, Jr., Roy Summers, Delma Summers, and Gilbert Summers; and two sisters, Chloriece Stanfill and Malinda Summers.
Carol is survived by two sons, Ricky (Stephanie) Moore and Ronnie (Tracey) Moore; five sisters, Corinne (Tony) Baggett, Juanita Emmott, Odessa Milliken, Shirley (Steve) Hagewood, and Brenda (Jim) Omifracke; and three grandchildren, Sammantha Moore, Emily Moore, and Jessie Moore.
She was the owner and operator of Carol's Cakes & Moore. Ms. Moore was a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 10, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 10, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be, Kenny Summers, Michael Summers, Gary Baggett, Chad Byard, Philip Hagewood and Scott Shearon.
