Larry Wayne Couch, 67-year-old Vinita resident, passed away early Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born on October 19, 1954, in Vinita, to Leonard M. and Mary Jane (Patterson) Couch. Larry was a 1972, graduate of Vinita High School. Larry married the love of his life, Kay (Riley) Couch on October 11, 1985, in Miami. He worked for over 30 years and Eastern State Hospital in Vinita, retiring as a Primary Care Assistant. Larry was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Vinita. One of his greatest passions was coon hunting, until his health prevented him from going. He passed this love on down to his boys. He also loved to coach his kids in sports, watch the Sooners and Dallas Cowboys football teams, fishing, and most of all being with his grandchildren.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, baby girl, Hailey Couch, and a sister, Priscilla Smith
