Nancy Bea Cooper, 74, of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away on December 6, 2021, in Brenham, Texas.

A native of Franklin County, she was born, January 27, 1947, to Joseph Robert Howard and Dorothy (Harrod) Howard in Frankfort, Kentucky. On July 31, 1965, she married Mark T. Cooper.

Nancy Bea, as she was known to her friends, held various sales jobs during her career and owned a gift shop called Crazy Emma's in Round Top, Texas, before retiring. Nancy Bea enjoyed her many dogs (passionately!), her many friends and gardening.

Nancy is survived by her daughter Deedee Reiley and husband Mark of Frelsburg, Texas; son Phillip L. Cooper and wife Myra of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren Ty Reiley and Kyle Reiley.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Howard and Dorothy Howard; husband Mark T. Cooper; sister Judy Brooks.

In lieu of any gifts or flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to any dog rescue of the giver's choice. Nancy Bea was fond of Camp Jean, a dog rescue that specializes in very needy dogs, located in Frankfort, Kentucky (campjean.com).
