Anna Hull Hall, 93, went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2021 after a long illness. She was born on September 12, 1928 in Highland County, Virginia to the late Arnold L. and Willia C. Hull and her husband, William C. Hall.

Anna finished high school at the age of sixteen and then graduated from Dunsmore Business College in Staunton, Virginia. She worked for several businesses in the Staunton area.

Sometimes in the nineteen fifties she moved to Washington, DC where she worked for the Standard Oil Company,

She liked collecting recipes and creating her own. She was known for her desserts and won several awards from the American's Food Magazine "Bon Appetit".

She leaves one daughter, Deidre A. Lewis of Mt, Sidney, Virginia and three grandchildren; Joseph A. Kimanski, Joshua A. Kimanski, and Tia Lewis; two brothers; Carl L. Hull of Bristow, Virginia, E. Eugene Hull of Haymarket, Virginia, and a sister-in-law, Evelyn W. Hull; one niece, Angelia H. Moss of Grand Junction, CO; two nephews, David Hull of Springfield, Virginia and James Hull of Centreville, Virginia and numerous cousins.

She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, Virginia.

A graveside service will be conducted 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Staunton.
