Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.He was born on April 17, 1965 in Akron, OH a son of Shelby and Alessia Drummond McKinney of West Union. He was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Lee McKinney.
Surviving is one brother, Stephen Gene McKinney, OH. two nieces Heather McKinney, Worthington, Sierra McKinney, Portage Lake, OH, one nephew, Trevor McKinney, Center Point.
Billy enjoyed working on cars, 4-wheelers and motorcycles. He was a member of Red Oak Grove Church.Billy never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to people. He was a loving son, brother and uncle and was loved by all.
Billy was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date at the Red Oak Grove Church. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the McKinney family.
