Michigan City - RUEL LEROY TAPP, 61, of Michigan City, MS, passed away Monday, December 17, 2007 at his home. Funeral service will be 3 p.m., Thursday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with entombment to follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. this evening. He was born on March 19, 1946 in Memphis. He was a member of Medlock United Methodist Church and attended several area churches where he enjoyed singing. He was preceded in death by his father, Ruel Wade Tapp. He leaves his mother, Ruby Tapp of Michigan City, MS; his brother, Wayne L.
