David attended York Elementary School, Ravenscroft School, Broughton High School, Brevard College and ECU. In high school, he was on the soccer team and golf team. After school, he became a golf pro in South Carolina and then went to work in the field of medical equipment. He was an avid Cowboys fan and never missed a game. David is survived by his mother, Barbara Stanley, his sisters, Jennifer Ackley and Carol Norton, two aunts, many cousins and other beloved family members.
There will be a graveside service at Montlawn on Saturday, December 4th at 3:00 p.m.
