Patricia M. Holmes (nee: Grahl) Passed away peacefully on April 23, 2021 at home with her loving family by her side. Born to the late Percival and Margaret (nee: Umstead) Grahl and she has been a resident of South Philadelphia for many years. In 2007 she moved to Oxford Pennsylvania where she passed away. Pat was a retiree of the School District of Philadelphia where she worked as a teacher's aide. Reading and doing crossword puzzles was a favorite pastime for her.
Beloved wife to the late Joseph Holmes. Loving mother to Debra (Late Patrick) Green, Matthew (Jennifer) Holmes, Marc (Jacqueline) Holmes, David (Jody) Holmes and the late Michael (Renie) Holmes Sr. Proud grandmother of 18 grand and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
