Staunton - Anna Catherine Clark, 78, widow of James E. Clark, of Staunton, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mrs. Clark was born in Woodstock, Virginia on December 17, 1942, the daughter to the late Nora (Holsinger) Hottel and Bender Hottel.

Anna Clark was a member of the Staunton Church of the Brethren and played the organ at a number of churches in the area. She operated the former Augusta Health Thrift store for many years.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Clark is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Hottel.

Surviving, is a brother, Richard Hottel (Anne) of Churchville; nephews, David Hottel (Vicki) and Jason Hottel (Tabitha); great- nieces and nephews, Morgan, Bryce, and Logan Hottel and Lorelei Evans.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in Coffman Funeral Home.

The family requests that masks or face coverings be worn while visiting and paying respects.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Staunton Church of the Brethren by Pastor Beth Jarrett. The church requires masks or face coverings be worn.

Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memory Garden.

It is suggested that those desiring make memorial contributions to the HELP (Home Equipment Loan Program) Center, P.O. Box 76, Churchville, VA 24421.
