Georgia was the daughter of George William Hill Sr and Mary Jane Hill. She was educated in the Houston County School System.

She was married to Doyle Lee Allen in June 2013.

Survivors:
1 Daughter: Tequila Felicia Hill Whitehead(Brian Keith).
3 Sisters: Rosa Mae Scott(Willie Frank), Liretta Denise Robinson(Rooselvett) and Sarah Dennis.
Brothers: George Hill Jr(Earlene), Robert Hill(Nakia) and George W. Hill(Martha).

Graveside services were held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11AM in the Free Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Grovania, Georgia.
