A Northern Kentucky native, Terry was born April 2, 1945 in Covington, KY to parents James
and Evelyn Berns. He grew up with siblings Bill, Mary Louis, Peggy, John, Tom and Chris, and
lived his life with a passion for traveling and training horses.
He is survived by his three daughters, Kim, Tracy and Amee, along with his nine
grandchildren, and his horse he called Skippy, which was his best friend.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Turfway Park on Dec. 13th at 5pm in the Rec. Room for
Family and Friends. Later, he will be laid to rest with his parents at Mother of God Cemetery in
Latonia, KY
