Graveside services for Jermaine Smith, 39, of San Angelo and formerly of Levelland, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 11, at the City of Levelland Cemetery with Deacon Frankie Ruiz officiating, under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home of Levelland.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday December 10, at Head Duarte Funeral Home.

Jermaine, attended high school in levelland during his younger years. He moved to San Angelo from Levelland in 2008. He lived at Day Break Group Home in San Angelo for several years. Jermaine enjoyed watching TV, and listening to Rap music,in his group home, participated in activities, always happy and smiling, laughing, enjoyed his cigarettes. Liked being visits from his family from time to time.

He passed away December 5, 2021, in San Angelo.
