Graveside rites for Mildred Inez Scrivner Pride, 85, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Dan Patman officiating.

Born March 18, 1912, at Van Zandt, Mo., to Henry and Melinda Dobyns Cooper, she died May 29, 1997, at an Oklahoma City hospital following a brief illness. She married Will C. Scrivner on June 7, 1935, at Marietta. He preceded her in death on Nov. 29, 1968. She married William M. Pride at Ardmore. He preceded her in death on Jan. 3, 1994. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Milton and Albert; and two grandsons, Billy and Nick Sigman.

She had been a resident of the Ardmore area most of her life. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

Survivors include three daughters, Mary E. Sigman and Millie Ann Clark, both Oklahoma City, and Laura Carol Harris, Ardmore; three brothers, Glenn, Corsicana, Texas, Hubert, Bartlesville, and Lloyd, Escondido, Calif.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services are under the direction of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
