James Ralph Eoff, retired insurance salesman, was the son of James Clarence Eoff and Lydia Margaret Williams. He married Esther Marcella Martinson July 27, 1930 in Woodward, Woodward Co, Oklahoma. Their children were James Martin Eoff, John Wesley Eoff, Joseph Thomas Eoff and Carolyn Lucille (Eoff) Hook. James Ralph Eoff was a veteran of World War I, a private in the United States Army.
