Daniel Richard Howell, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on December 2nd, 2021 at the age of 77 in Westerville, Ohio. He battled major medical conditions including cancer and Alzheimer's Disease in recent years with courage, strength, and grace, while always keeping an infectious smile, loving heart, and faith in God.

Dan was born on June 30th, 1944 in Lafayette, Indiana and was a longtime resident of Lewis Center, Ohio. He was a successful salesman that achieved a position as national sales manager for several large corporations in the food industry before embracing his entrepreneurial spirit and starting his own successful meat distribution business. Dan had a seemingly inexhaustible work ethic and a passion for his profession and the people in his industry. When not working or spending time with his family, he could often be found working in his lawn on his beloved Kubota tractor wearing his favorite Notre Dame t-shirt. He absolutely loved people, being social, and dancing. His kind heart and contagious sense of humor will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
