Phyliss Alesia Wilson, age 68 of Wolf Lake, died Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.
She was born March 17, 1953 in Anna, the daughter of Walter Cletus and Martha Irene (Treece) Palmer.
She married John Wilson on December 30, 1995 in Wolf Lake.
Phyliss is survived by her husband, John of Wolf Lake; fur baby, Happy; children, April (Joe) of Herrin, Chad of Jackson, MO, Dustin of Kansas City, MO, Brittany of Wolf Lake; step-daughter, Amanda (Scott) of Casselberry, FL; five grandchildren; two sisters, Audrey of Goreville, Betsy (Sam) of Cobden; brother, Cletus of Anna; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Phyliss enjoyed working outdoors and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and numerous pets she has had over the years.
Graveside funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Jonesboro Cemetery.
Interment will immediately follow. Everyone attending is asked to go directly to the cemetery.
