Ronald Clay Anders, age 71, of 536 Pine Brook Road, Ennice, passed away Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC. Ronald was born May 19, 1950 in Surry County to the late Wesley and Jeanette Murphy Anders. He loved to go hunting wild game out west with Jeffrey and riding his Harley Davidson with his riding buddies. He enjoyed shooting skeet and was a member of the National Skeet Shooters Association. Survivors include two children: Rhonda Anders of the home, Jeffrey Anders and wife Wilma of Sparta; five grandchildren; Hailee Anders of Elkin, Shane Anders (Kaylan) of Ennice, Andrea Villarruel (Dakota Miller) of West Jefferon, Gabby Villarruel of Ennice, Isabella Vilarruel (Luis) of
Winston-Salem; two great-grandchildren; Mallie Anders, Kayson Miller; a special aunt, Joyce Gillespie (Bobby) of Ennice; special motorcycle riding buddies, Tom Capps, Kevin Andrews, and Timmy Goad; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive. Funeral Services to honor the life of Ronald will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, December 5, 2021 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service with Pastor Dale Baugus officiating. Interment will follow at Little Pine cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
