PAULINE- Randy Phillip Godfrey, 61, husband of Cindy Ellason Godfrey passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Woodbridge in Spartanburg.
A native of Woodruff, he was the son of the late Paul Godfrey Sr. and Zelzie Crowe Godfrey and a retired employee with Ellason Tree Company.
Other Survivors include two daughters, Maria Buckley of Waterloo and Tiffany Owens of Pacolet; stepson, Scottie Ellason of Chesnee; six brothers, Paul Godfrey, Jr. and Abrain Godfrey both of Enoree, Bobby Godfrey of Duncan, Eddie Godfrey of Spartanburg, Steve Godfrey of Georgia and Keith Godfrey of Woodruff; five grandchildren, Lief Buckley, Alex Coffman, Alexus Coffman, Faye Ellason and Maddison Ellason.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Curtis Godfrey.
The family will receive friends at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Monday, December 6, 2021, from 2:00 p.m to 2:45 p.m. prior to the 3:00 p.m. service in the chapel. Interment will follow at the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Alex Coffman, Joey Coffman, Ed Buckley, Michael Godfrey, Chris Godfrey, Bill Ellason.
