Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 3, 2021 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 3, 2021 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Mr. Rios Rangel was born November 10, 1945 to the late Jose Antonio Rios & Irma Rangel in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired Chemist for EPA.
He is survived by his wife, Zina Rios; sons, Anthony Pace; son & daughter-in-law, Grant & Jenna Butler; daughter, Shelia Rios; 3 sisters; and 4 grandchildren.
