MRS. JULIUS KRAUSE
Mrs. Julius Krause, a resident of New Ulm for nearly her entire lifetime, passed away at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Kemske, 612 So. State street, Wednesday morning at 11:30 o'clock, death being due to cerebral hemorrhage.

Deceased was born Elizabeth Dhein on April 5, 1866 in Bingen am Rhein, Germany. As a child of three she came with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Dhein, to New Ulm where she has since resided with the exception of a few years after her marriage when the family resided at Essig and Cobden. On December 15, 1885 she was married in New Ulm to Julius Krause, who preceded her in Death about eight years ago.

Three children born to the union survive. They are Mrs. Nick Gulden and Mrs. R. R. Kemske, New Ulm and Mrs. John Paulson, St. Paul.

Six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive as does one sister, Mrs. D. J. Lavelle, Kansas City, Mo. Another sister, Mrs. Fred Williams of New Ulm dies several years ago.

The body will lie in state at the Gedstad Funeral home on Friday afternoon where friends may view the remains.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock from Turner Hall. Captain Albert Steinhauser will officiate.

Deceased was a member of the Herman Sister Lodge of New Ulm and the Turner Ladies Society.
