John Christian was born January 13, 1944 in Roundup, MT to Paul and Rita Christian. John liked to hunt, go camping, gold panning and most of all liked spending time with family. John enlisted in the Air Force in 1961 and was honorably discharged in 1964. John was a miner in his younger years and then worked for Nevada Nuclear Test Site until his retirement in 2011.
John married Linda Riley, the love of his life, on April 16, 1965 in Butte, MT and were each other's lifelong companions and friends. They were blessed with three children: Kevin, Sheila and Shaun.
John is survived by his children Kevin Christian, Sheila (Jeff) Kratz, Shaun (Harmony) Christian; grandchildren Joan (Rueben) Robinson, Jennifer (Bryen) Sandoval, Elliot Philp (Kaci), Samantha Christian, Scott (Mandy) Thompson, Ryan Fisher, Trevor Christian, Kayden Christian, Chance Christian and Jaedra Hale; great-grandchildren: Kamren Fisher, Bailey Elliot, Kaitlynn Robinson, Aiden Robinson, Riley Sandoval, Ava Lynn Sandoval, Aleah Philp, Beckham Philp, Garrett Philp, Nevaeh Harris and Serenity Thompson.
John was preceded in death by his wife Linda, and brother Ray Christian.
Graveside services will be held Friday, December 3rd, at Washington State Veteran's Cemetery, Medical Lake, WA.
