Robert "Bob" E. Coons, age 77, of Nixa, MO passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 5:42 am at Cox South Hospital surrounded by his family.
Bob, the son of E.N. Coons and Lillie (Abbott) Coons, was born on January 31, 1944 in Port Orchard, WA He married his wife Kathy Kellar on July 9, 1988 in Sacramento, CA.
Bob served in the Army National Guard and was a master craftsman for more than 60 years building beautiful, custom homes all over the Springfield area.
Bob is survived by his wife Kathy, sons Michael and Jason, daughters Tina and Shelli, 3 sisters, 1 brother, 9 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, and 1 great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister (Doris), and son (Charles).
