Phyllis Fulmer Wright went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Phyllis was born January 21, 1941 to A. C. and Claudie Robinson. She was raised in the Lipan community, attending the Lipan schools. She met and married T. G. Fulmer and they were blessed with two sons. Through unexpected circumstances, they adopted a niece and nephew and raised them as their own. She made her home through the years in the Fort Worth, Burleson, Joshua, Weatherford, and Brock areas. After T.G. died, Phyllis focused on raising her 4 children and making a career for herself. Once all her kids were grown and on their own, she was blessed by the love of and later married Carl Franklin. After Carl's passing, Phyllis was blessed with love and marriage from Tommy Wright. Phyllis maintained long-lasting relationships with many of her school friends. She was an active member of the Lipan Church of Christ. She loved playing in 42 tournaments and her weekly card games with her friends. Being a part of her children's lives and celebrating their accomplishments was what she dearly loved.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Kelly Beck (Michael), Jeff Fulmer (Glenda), Steve Fulmer (Betsy), and Art Robinson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Magen Inmon (Daniel), Brandi Fulmer (Diego Morillas), Taylor Hickmon, Kelsey Beckhill (Ariel), Tanner Fulmer (Lauren), Landrey Hird (Seth), and Lexie Fulmer; and step granddaughters, Melissa Townley (Terry) and Rachel Beck. She was blessed with 3 great grandsons, 6 step great grandchildren, as well as 4 step great great grandchildren. Phyllis is also survived by her brother, Bill Robinson (Edith). Phyllis also leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and thought of often.
