Judd worked construction most of his life. He enjoyed riding horses and had trained race horses. Judd and his brother, Frank, spent lots of time together on Frank's farm and riding around on the backroads of Perry County.
Surviving are his children, Travis Terry, Shawn Terry, Lacie McMahan (Travis) and Marvin E. "Jack" Terry; siblings, Norma Agnew (Mark), Ralph Terry (Linda), Cannelton and Mark Terry (Shannon), Gatchel and several grandchildren.
Preceding him in death besides his parents is a sister, Cheryl Lynn Terry and brothers, David and Frank Terry.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lilly Dale Cemetery, 14476 Old State Road 37, Tell City, IN 47586, where his burial will take place in the Spring of 2022. A Celebration of Life will be announced beforehand.
