Eugene was born in Madison on June 16, 1930, the son of Carl and Inez (King) Davis.
Mr. Davis proudly served in the United States Army. He worked with Briggs as a truck driver for many years and was lake manager at Glenn Flint Lake. Eugene was a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Lodge and American Legion.
Survivors include three children, Linda Finley (Jerry), Peggy Fahrenkamp and Steven Davis; three stepchildren, David Kipley (Linda), James Kipley (Patty) and Sue Herman (Don); a brother, James Davis (Martha); several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gladys Davis; and a son, Eugene McKee Davis Jr.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2 at Clinton Falls Cemetery.
