Carlotta Ann Taylor Efird, 74, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in the Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC.
Her funeral service will be 2pm December 2, 2021 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel of Albemarle with Rev. Danny Laws officiating. Burial will follow in Stanly Garden of Memory. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Efird was born July 22, 1947 in Stanly County, NC to the late Earl Davidson Taylor and Faye Elizabeth Ridenhour Taylor.
Carlotta was a member of South Albemarle Baptist Church. She formerly worked in the Albemarle City Junior High Schools cafeteria and retired as a CNA, in which she had worked in many group homes.
Carlotta enjoyed bird watching and taking care of her pets. She loved her family and church family. She really loved taking care of her grandson, Jacob of the home.
Carlotta is survived by her husband,
William G. Efird of the home.
She is also survived by
Son, Andy Efird (Sharon) of Albemarle, NC;
Three grandchildren
