Janet Lee Fugate Latham, 62, died Sunday, November 28, 2021 in Georgetown, OH. She was born in Hazard, KY on April 15, 1959 to the late Arthur Mitchell and Violet Chapman Fugate. She was retired from Bracken Nursing and Rehab Center. She is survived by her husband, Richard E Latham, II, her children Katie Stephens, Orailia Pennington, Junior Pennington, Vanessa Pennington, Tonya Miller, Dallas Pennington, February Dixon, Karessa Schnitzler, Kember Shook, Bianca Hamilton and RJ Latham; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Sheila Fugate, Arthur Fugate, Violet Whalen and Joyce Whalen. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, four children, one grandchild. Services will be held at New Zion Baptist Church, 4661 New Zion Rd, Foster, KY 41043 on Thursday December 2, 2021 at 3:00pm.
