We just learned of the passing of Jeff Jones ten years ago in 2011, and also the passing of his brother, Greg Jones, from BHS '69, less than 20 months later in 2012. They were less than 14 months apart in age.
The Jones brothers grew up in Burbank on Valencia Ave., above Bel Aire Dr. They attended Joaquin Miller Elementary, John Muir, and Burbank High. They have a younger sister, Susan Jones. Their father, Reuben Jones, passed away in 1992. Their mother, Phyllis Jones, passed away in 2011 or 2012, between the deaths of Jeff and Greg.
