Doris Ann Nelson, age 85, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at her residence. She was a member of Panther Springs United Methodist Church. Doris was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Otis Nelson; parents, Dale and Ruby Grace Bacon; and sister, Jean "Susie" Page. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela (John) Bendele, Regina Fain, and Patricia (Paul) Jewell; grandchildren, Veronica Bendele, Damien Fain, and Danielle Jewell; great-grandchildren, Ezra, Evie, and Irah; and brother, Charles Bacon. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, December 2nd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Friday, December 3rd at Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery in White Pine for graveside services with Dr. Joe Hamlet officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
