Heather Davenport Watson, 42, passed away October 13, 2021 at Providence Alaska Medical Center, Anchorage.

Heather was born April 7, 1979 in Marion, North Carolina. She attended McDowell High School, receiving her GED from McDowell Tech. Heather married Clent Watson on January 5, 1999. Over the years, the family made their home in Pineola, NC; Ft Polk, LA; Ft Campbell, KY and at Ft Richardson, AK.

Heather loved becoming a mother and loved her "Job". She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Marion, NC and later at Crossnore First Baptist Church in Crossnore, NC. She enjoyed ballet, tap and jazz dancing and animals.

Her family wrote: "Heather always loved with all her heart. She loved and was loved dearly."

Heather is survived by her husband, Clent Watson, JBER; her children, Caleb Watson, JBER, Camryn Watson, Natchitoches, LA, and Jeffery Watson, JBER; her father, Steve Davenport, Marion, NC; brother, Mitch Davenport, Marion, NC; half-brother, Jeff Bost, Marion, NC and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Davenport, and mother-in-law, Denise Watson.
