Vivian married Tim Williams in June 1986 at Wright City Baptist Church. She was a devoted member and Lay Leader for Kulli Tuklo Methodist Church and was training to be a Lay Speaker. She was a pillar of her Tribal community, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and an active Senior in the District One area. Vivian enjoyed having good fellowship with her family, church family, friends, and the Choctaw Nation District One Seniors. She had a fun competitive nature when it came to Choctaw Senior volleyball games.
She devoted her life to serving the Lord and she was the type to have never met a stranger. Fall was Vivian's favorite season as she liked to host fall carnivals and hayrides for family and friends. Vivian liked being outdoors and watching her horses and dogs. She was a resident of Idabel most of her life. She will forever be known as Auntie Viv because she was an Auntie to all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Abbie and Verna Mae Battiest; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Hampton and Frances Williams; brothers-in-law, Hamp Jr. Williams, Marcus Williams, Donell Williams and sisters-in-law, Viola Battiest, Lucille Williams and Bonnie Feathers.
Vivian leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Tim Williams of the home; one son, Trent Williams of the home; one stepson, Bradley Hardy and wife, Loretta of Wright City, OK; brothers, Allen Battiest and wife, Noe of Hawaii, Earl Battiest and wife, Dana of DeQueen, AR; sister, Velma Battiest of Idabel, OK; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lydia and Mike McClure of Idabel, OK, Rose and Jim Shemwell of Idabel, OK, Loretta and Ivan Battiest of Broken Bow, OK, Rita Anna of Wright City, OK. other relatives and many friends.

A wake service will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Kulli Tuklo Methodist Church in Idabel, OK with Rev. Flo Williston and Rev. Luther Battiest officiating. Interment will follow at the Kulli Tuklo Cemetery.
