Edgar was the first son of Katie Harvey. He moved from NY to Chula Vista CA with his younger brother Dwayne in 1977. He graduated from Chula Vista high school 1985, played basketball for the Chula Vista Spartans. Basketball was his joy…Had his first child Brittany Harvey ( Clark) in 1989 he went on to father two more children Zachary 1998 and Sumaria 2000

Edgar worked for the government for many years, he was also a bus driver for the city of Chula Vista he retired from the United States customs.
