Sharon Kay Gates Doherty, 71, of Banks, AR passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her home. She was born in Warren, AR on June 26, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Alva and Mary Sled Gates. She was a member of the Springhill Freewill Baptist Church, loved crocheting and sending birthday and anniversary cards and enjoyed working with the children in Childrens Church. She retired after 36 years of service with the postal service. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenneth Ray Gates; sister, Eva Nell Hoskins; brother-in-law, Ron Hoskins; brother-in-law, Curtis Harper.
