Cheryl Joy Orchard Holloway passed away peacefully on November 26, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born to Louis Earl and Iris Peck Orchard on November 5, 1936 in Twin Falls, Idaho and grew up there. After attending BYU, she married Donald Scott Holloway and had 4 children. When they were grown, she returned to school to finish her degree in Speech Pathology and then earned her Master's Degree in Audiology from Idaho State University. She worked in Utah, and then for the VA in Las Vegas until she retired, after which she served a mission in New Zealand. She is survived by her 4 children, Iris (Gary) Wertz, Claire Hughes, Nina (Scott) Isaacson, and Scott (Lori) Holloway. She was the proud grandmother of 32 grandchildren and a myriad of great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Nelson Family Mortuary in Provo, Utah at 10am. The interment will be at 3:30 that afternoon at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls, Idaho.
