Charles Milton Griffin of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed to Heaven on November 25, 2021 in his home.
On February 1, 1934 he was born in Halls, Tennessee to Milton Taylor Griffin and Laura Riley Griffin.

He was preceded in death by his mother and dad, a sister Elizabeth Templeton, of Waco, Texas, a daughter Kristy Kay Brandon of Ama, Texas, grandson Matthew Griffin and his baby girl.

He was proud at the age of eight, he hired out as a farmhand, sharecropper in Friendship, Tennessee. When he came to Arkansas he worked in construction and until he retired he had his own company Charles M. Griffin Construction Company. He attended First Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Ernie Imler.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years Donnia Clark Griffin, four sons Milton Griffin of Poteau, Oklahoma, James and wife Debbie of Van Buren, Gary and Marian of Van Buren, Tom and Scharlet of Alma, one daughter Ruthy Eden and Anthony of Alma, one step-son Eddie Wingfield and wife Kristy of Barling, 20 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Lewis Funeral Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be Sunday. November 28,2021 at the chapel from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. Viewing will be Monday, November 29,2021 from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.at the chapel. Arrangements under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
