Joyce Martin (DeVries) was born April 9, 1940 in Gary, Indiana to the late Henry and Florence DeVries. She passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Lake Geneva Manor in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Joyce, a lifetime resident of Williams Bay, Wisconsin graduated from Williams Bay Public School in 1957. She met her first husband Donald Martin in 1951, and they were married in February 1958. Together, they had six children, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Joyce's husband Donald Martin lost his battle with cancer in January 1998. Years later Joyce met Donald Wubs. They were married for twenty years until he passed away May of 2021. Joyce was an active member of Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. She served in youth ministry, and women's ministries for years. Joyce's passion was singing in the church choir. She established many life long friends at Calvary Community Church. Joyce was a faithful women who loved the Lord, her family, church and community. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 4th, 2021, 11:00 am, at Calvary Community Church, N2620 Harris Road, Williams Bay, Wisconsin. Private family Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery, Delavan, Wisconsin.
