Jana Lynn Evans (Ketner) returned to the Lord on November 14, 2021 following a three-year battle with Leukemia. Jana was born April 8, 1966 to William Bryan Ketner Jr and Ginger Sikes in Modesto, CA. Jana was raised in Visalia, CA where she met and married the love of her life Mike Evans on November 13, 1993. Together they raised their son Jeff Ketner and formed a wonderful community of friends. Jana and Mike attend Faith Assembly of God where she loved to sing and worship.
Jana's love of God was always shown to others. Her willingness to help anyone that needed it brought out the best in those of us who loved her. She loved animals and had an array of them around her at all times. If you knew Jana you loved her. Her positive outlook of life never left her as she battled Leukemia. She is the light of our hearts and will be sorely missed by all.
Jana leaves behind her loving husband Mike Evans, son Jeff Ketner and daughter in law Jill Ketner. Her (mom) Ginger Sikes, (dad) Roger Sikes, favorite/only sister Karyn Ketner, her mother-in-law Karen Acord and brother-in-law Chris Acord, girlfriend Cassidy Daum and daughter Mia Lee-Acord, along with many other loving family members and friends.
Celebration of Jana's life will be held 9-11am Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia CA, with burial to follow at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA.
